I had an epiphany this morning. And concrete evidence about what my body hates.
I went out of town for 6 days and came back with a 12 lb weight gain (you can see what I ate on a previous post). In 3 days back on track in P3, I have lost 9.3 lbs. That's insane.
The difference~~~~~zero carbs, lots of water and my power walking. I did alot of walking on vacation, but the food is what really made the major difference.
Now I really now what simple carbohydrates and wheat can do to my body.....havoc........
It's poison.
