Starting over on HCG

Well. I thought I wanted to keep going on P3, but I really am getting frustrated about the scale not moving. I know that I am building muscle and that's a good thing. But I find that, because I am working out so much, I am hungry. Not a problem except that I have be satisfying that hunger on whatever was available. Yesterday, not only did I eat a storebought prepackaged muffin, but I ate 2 of them.

I'm still not sleeping well. Not sure if it's my body or my bed. I'm heading out sometime this week to get a board for under the mattress. I feel like the bed is sagging a bit. Hopefully that will help because I really can't afford a new mattress set right now.

Anyway, back to the diet.

My new plan

Wakeup
HCG Injection
Breakfast
Fruit and 2 egg whites
Supplements
Post workout
Shake
Lunch
Protein grilled on a salad, vegetable
Before Work
HCG Drops
Snack
Veggie
Dinner
Protein and a vegetable
Supplements
Snack
Apple
Bedtime
Synthroid
5htp

I'm really going to challenge myself to stay POP (perfectly on protocal) I really need to find some snacks. or, eat a small salad when I'm feeling hungry.

I'm also going to try (try being the operative word) to ease up on my workouts. I noticed yesterday, that my body is feeling tired and weak. I need a bit of a break. I think it's just the heat and humidity here in Miami. I may do my workouts on the elliptical machine in the house. I also need to buy some electrolyte tablets to add to my water.

Anyway, time to mentally regroup and get back in gear. Here's to me!

HCG Diet- Monday Monday

It's Monday and I'm not ready to go back to work. boo hoo. I had a very exhausting but fun weekend.
I love Phase 3 of this diet, I can live on this forever.

I haven't been real religous about blogging the last week. This weekend I had a great workout at the park. Riding, running, climbing and taking on the HILL. Saturday I also got the yard mowed and the cars washed. I was pooped at the end of the day.

Yesterday morning, I went on my first every real mountain bike trail ride with a friend. WOW, can you sad addicted. I could really get into this. It was treacherous at times, but I think that's only because I hadn't done it before. I wasn't familiar with the trails, so I was extra cautious. We only did about 6 miles, but it was quite rigorous. The weather turned sour and sent up packing. Next time. My friend was very informative and took it slow with me so that I could get the hang of it.

Here is a little video of some of the trails that we conquered.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmoOsXpw0sg

I'm really looking forward to doing this again, and plan to hit all the mountain bike trails in my county. That there is a goal.

This morning, I went for a bike ride and then hit the park for my boot camp. Every time I think it's getting easier, the trainer switches it up and adds a new exercise. Booyah. I will not quit.

I should have eaten before I left. I keep forgetting to do that, and it affects my performance.

There's always tomorrow. I'm hoping that Wednesday morning, I will be doing another ride at a different park. Wooohooo!

I love the feeling of kicking my own butt. I haven't felt this damn good in years.

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 14

Good morning. 2 weeks in on this round. I notice that I am not so obsessed with the scale. I think this is because I am working out and know that muscle weighs more than fat. I am still very, very sore after Mondays first bootcamp class. My upper body is fine, but my lower body is killing me. I would have thought it would have been opposite since I have been running, riding the bike and climbing stadium stairs.  I even did a epsom salt soak last night and took some anti-inflamatories. It still feels like someone hit me in the thighs with a baseball bat.

It has been storming all night. So bad that the thunder was shaking my house. I don't know if there will be a class today or not. If there is, I will just have to take it easy.

I blew it as far as the diet last night, had some sushi. The rice was the bad part. Oh well, back on the wagon today.

I'm a little afraid of the scale this morning for 2 reasons. The obvious, the sushi, soy sauce and rice. The second, the inflamation in the muscles. When you workout, and your muscles are sore, they retain fluid in order to help repair them. So I may have added water weight from that.

I have to say though, I have always weighed more than I look like I weigh. It's a family genetic thing. My brother and sister are the same way. We are inherently very muscular body types. Yesterday, while getting ready for work, I decided to try on the size 10's I bought. Guesss what. They fit....loosely.

My goal on this journey has been two-fold
1) To look better and feel better about myself. I wanted to lose 100lbs or fit into a size 8. Well. I have lost just over 70lbs, still weigh in the 180's and am wearing a size 10.
2) To reverse my type II diabetes. Which I am proud to say that I have done. I no longer take any medication and my A1C is within normal range.

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 10

Good morning. It's a bit rainy today. But I think I will go for a walk anyway. I have "cheated" on more than one occasion over the last few days. Nothing big, and mostly because I was starving.  I've been working out hard and I don't know how to stop. I know that you aren't suppose to work out hard on this phase of the diet, but I've got the itch and it's hard to stop.

Not sure how my bootcamp is going to affect my losses. But I will just have to deal with it.

I really need to start eating a little something before I go out on my walks, even if it's just an orange.

I'm going out tonight and think I may go shopping. All of the tops that I currently have are too big. And I need shoes desperately. I have gone so long wearing sandals and I want some purty shoes.

I need to take some pictures of me dressed up. Not just in workout gear.

I do notice that my hair is thinning again, need more biotin and also some evening primrose oil for my skin.

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 7

Happy 4th of July
What are your plans today? Unfortunately, I have to work today. That means protecting and saving the folks who are going to really enjoy the holiday. I'm okay with that except that I would really rather be out on the boat with my brother. It's a beautiful day.

We are having a little celebration at work, so I need to be very careful of all the temptations.
We always have a sign-up list of who's going to bring what. I looked at the list yesterday, making a mental note of what I can and can't eat. NOTHING. Not a darn thing on the list can I eat. I am taking a vegetable platter, I can enjoy that (minus the dip)

I'm off this morning to take on the park. I'm really enjoying being able to use the track at the local park. I walk the track and climb the bleachers.

Going to do some push ups and the like today. All in prep for my bikini boot camp. I can't wait.
I may hit target after the park. Retail Therapy!

So I'm off early this am.

It's the Little Things

Funny when you start losing weight how you notice the little things that change about your body. Yes, there are the big things, like the pounds and the changes in clothing size. As much as it kills me to get rid of clothes that I spent my hard earned money on, I just love when I put something on and it's just too big to wear. But there are smaller milestones that really tickle my fancy. I've compiled a list of little things that keep me motivated.

1) Seeing the numbers on the scale go down
2) Trying on clothes and having them be too big
3) seeing your collarbone or wrist bones
4) being able to cross your legs without having to wedge the top legs foot against something so it won't violently uncross
5) your rings get lose and there are no more sausage fingers.
6) Your arms actually hang at your side instead of away from them because of side boobs,
7) Speaking of boobs, no more "back boobs"
8) Your feet feel loose in your shoes
9) This s actually a big one, when someone you know doesn't recognize you as you walk by.
10) You find your cheekbones
11) You can paint your toenails without having to contort yourself. Same goes for shaving your legs.
12) You can finally scatch that spot on your own back.
13) Someone calls you skinny or says that you are just wasting away
14) Doing a crunch and not seeing your belly when you look towards your feet

to be continued........feel free to comment with your little moments

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 4

Well it's another beautiful day here in Miami. I think I might go to the beach today. I've earned it. It's not windy, might even go rent a kayak. But then again, I have some jewelry business things to take care of. maybe I'll just lay out in the back yard. I could use some sun on my belly and would dare bare it at the beach. Plus, I'll save that travel time.

Yesterday I worked out very hard. Ran the track at the football stadium 6 times, up and down the stadium bleachers 10 times, up and down "the Hill" 10 times, 50 crunches, 50 reverse crunches, 30 push ups and 30 reverse push ups. My upper back is really feeling it. I'm going to give my body a rest today.

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 3

Good Happy Saturday morning. It's a beautiful day here in Miami. I just haven't figured out what I'm going to do with it. Maybe a bike ride, maybe the beach.Maybe take on the big hill at the park.

Confession. I ate before I went to bed. My breaks at work fluctuate. Yesterday, my dinner was at 5pm and I work until 11. I should have eaten something on my last short break, but I didn't. So at 11:30 when I got home, I was starving. Had a few slices of roast beef and a wasa. I was worried about the scale.

Surprise! I woke up this morning to a 2lb loss.
Total loss for the round 11lbs in 3 days! wooohoo now that's what I call "Kickin' Ass"

I really need to eat more often. I'm not eating my fruits and I should be snacking. It's very important to eat all day and keep the furnace burning.

Shake
Lunch: Roast beef and peppers
Dinner Shrimp and spinach, wasa

Round 4 Phase 2 Day 0 Let The Games Begin

Okay folks. So it's June 27th and today is the first day of phas 2 of round 4. I'm doing a 42 day round and hopefully, this will be my last one.

Current weight 202.5 (gained 6.5 loading)

Goal weight 156 (or a size 8, which ever comes first) I am currently in a comfortable size 12.

I know that you are not supposed to work out, but I have been doing it all along. I am going to follow the 800 calorie protocal and I will continue to work out. I will cut back a little. (maybe) It's hard to cut back on something that you have relearned to love. I'm addicted now. I don't feel well if I don't do some form of physical activity every day.

I have a cold and not really feeling up to par today, but I worked out anyway. I went to the park to jog, but it started pouring. I came home and did 40 minutes of interval training on my elliptical machine.

Menu for the Day

workout
protein shake
Lunch roast beef lettuce wrap with horseraddish mustard,
Snack orange
Dinner~ Chicken breast, spinach
Snack Apple

Lots of green tea with lemon to drink

Round 2 Phase 2 Day 21

Good morning folks. Well, today is my last injection day for this round. I start my 72 hours minus HCG as of now. So Wednesday morning I will start P3. I've have timed this perfectly, as I am leaving on Wednesday to go to San Antonio for 5 days. My son graduates from Air Force Basic Training. I aven't seen him in 8 weeks (since February 14th) I am very excited about it.

I find eating P3 very easy. And especially for eating out. Last P3 I ended up losing 6 more pounds. I worked it increase my calories to stop losing. What I didn't realize, is that it really wasn't necessary since I was doing more rounds. I predict that I will lose more weight. Even though I will be traveling and eating out every meal, there will be a lot of nerves, emotions and walking. My only concern is drinking water. I may be limited as to the restroom availability (yikes!)

Now, yesterday, I attended a crawfish boil. I have to pat myself on the back. My will power was strong. I was faced with crawfish, jambalya, grilled oysters, seafood pasta salad, shrimp, a plethera of dips and spreads along with my crabcakes that I took. This is what I was faced with.

And lets not forget~~~~ the absolute ocean of desserts.

I carefully perused the available foods and ended up eating. Shrimp, crawfish, some cherry tomatos and celery. Not POP, but I saved all my calories for the event and grazed the whole time I was there.
I drank nothing but water, even though there was quite a variety of wine, alcohol, soda and sweet tea.

The crawfish and shrimp were pop, I asked my friend to grill me some oysters (sans the parmesean cheese)
I have no wayof knowing how much actual meat is in the crawfish I ate, but the work it takes to get the little morsel out, probably negated any calories....lol. and boy were they spicey.

Anyway...today or tomorrow, the scale will tell the tale.

Stall~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~grrrrrr

I have hit a brick wall...and I am very frustrated. I have tried to go back over my foods and activity to try to find out if there are any triggers. The only thing different over the last few days, is the surgery in my mouth. Don't get me wrong, 18lbs in 18 days is amazing. But I really wanted to reach my round goal of 21. I only have 5 more days of vlcd left. grrrrr.

For three days, I stayed at 202.2, then gained .8 and have been there for 2 days. Maybe this is an old set point. I am so close to ONEderland that I can taste it. 3.1lbs from round goal, 3.1 from ONEderland.
I am trying not to be a slave to the scale, but it is very difficult.

I am almost afraid to step on the scale this morning. I want so much to see it change. I have been POP. I have probably been "under" my caloric intake.

Although, I didn't get all my water in for the last 2 days because I was out and about. I didn't  want to have to search for restrooms while running my errands.

I also have a little bit of added stress. I leave in 5 days to go see my son graduate. I am stressing a little bit about making sure that I have everything packed, that I have all my animals doled out and being taken care of. And sleep has been a little lacking over the past few days.

I guess it's just a combination of things. I won't be mad if the scale doesn't move.....but I will be a little disappointed.

I did go shopping yesterday and bought some new clothes, just a few things to tide me over. I made sure that what I bought could be easily altered. (because there will be more weightloss.. :).

Today I am going to hit the trails at the park. I will have to tape up my heels pretty good. The ginormous blisters are still there. Unfortunately, there is a 30% chance of rain today, but I'm not sure when it will hit. Hopefully it will hold off until after my walk. If not, there is always plan B, coming home and finishing off on the elliptical machine.

Okay....So here goes nothing. WOOOHOOOO! the stall has broken (I hope) down 2.3 today for a total this round of .7 to ONEderland and 1lb to round goal. 5 more days left.

Menu for the day

Orange
Walk
Protein shake
Lunch: roast beef lettuce wraps and onion cucumber salad
Snack:
Dinner: orange roughy and asparagus

HCG Diet Round 2 Phase 2 Day 14

Well, I'm up early again, but went to bed early so I got some decent sleep. It's day 14 of round 2. I am 2/3 of the way through this short round.

I'm still a little disheartened by the comments made on one of the FB Pages. But I will not let it get me down. Fortitude. That's my middle name now.

Busy day today. I will be walking early this morning. Then I will be going by a popular BBQ restaurant to pick up food to take to my dear friend Marlene. She has stage 4 cancer that she has been valiantly battling for 3 years. The cancer, however, is winning. We have all gotten on them meal train to provide dinner for her and her family. Today is my day and their favorite is Shorty's BBQ.

My mouth is more sore today post oral surgery. I hope the pounding walking will not make it feel worse. Wish me luck!

So after my walk, I will be heading down there to spend some time with them. Later, my son should be calling from Basic Military Training. I missed last weeks call, I don't want to miss this weeks.

Unsure of the menue today. I am going to try to make stuffed (with ground beef) chard leaves. We'll see how they turn out.

The weight for the day is~~~~~~

202.2lbs
loss today 2.3lbs
 total round 2 18.6lbs
for an overall total of 53.8lbs gone forever.

I am so close to several mini-goals

2.3lbs from ONEderland
2.4lbs from my round goal (21lbs)
6.2lbs from my 60lb minigoal and my fourth ring.

Wooohoooooo! I still have 9 days left of this round. I got this..no problem.

Menu for the day

Lunch: Stuffed Chard leaves (ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and mint) wrapped in chard leaves (hard center stem removed) Then steamed and drizzled with lemon juice. Delicious
Dinner: grilled shrimp kabobs (used the george foreman) with cabbage

I felt a little water retention in the evening, so I ate a half a cantaloupe with 16oz of water. We'll see if that helps in the morning,

Happy Losing

Round 2 Phase 2 Day 13

Day 13 of round 2. Up early again. Not feeling too bad after yesterdays surgery. Face is a little sore and I'm still restricted to soft foods. I'll probably break down and have some eggs this morning. Maybe yogurt for lunch.

Let's see what the scale says today~~~~~~~~

I have a very long to-do list today. I swill fit in some exercise today. Probably my elliptical machine.

I am getting close to my goal for this round. So far, I am down17.3 pounds. My goal was 21lbs in 21 days. So I have 11 days to lose 2.7 lbs. Ummm. I think I can get there.  My bigger goal was to get to 190, I'm not sure I can do that. But I'm certainly going to try. I'm only 3.6lbs to ONEderland, a term we use when getting out of the 200's.

Today I am going to go look for some new tops. Happily, I am swimming in my current wardrobe. I am waiting until next weekend to buy some new pants. But will look for tops today.

I'm slightly worried about clothes when I reach my final goal. I love clothes, but have never been a clothes horse because shopping has always been a painful and frustrating experience for me. Having to shop at specialty stores for somewhat fashionable clothes. The big stores carry plus sizes, but most of them are grandma looking clothes. Wow, I can't believe I just said that. I AM a grandmas, but certainly don't feel like one.

My wallet better be careful when I reach goal. I am going to do some damage. AND frankly, I can't wait.

I secretly would love to go on that show What Not To Wear, so I can have Stacy and Clinton teach me how to dress. For so many years now, I have shrouded myself in my clothing. Elastic waist pants, big flowy unfitted tops. Never wanting anyone to see evidence of my multiple muffin tops and back boobs.

I will research the best types of clothing for my body type, maybe I'll even write to that show and nominate myself for a makeover.

I have an odd body shape. Thinner legs, no hips, very little ass,  in comparison to my gut. So when I by pants that fit my waist, I have yards of fabric left on my hips and butt. I'm built like my mom with a broad back. (even when I was thinner). I'm short and slightly sway back.

According to this, I am definitely an apple.

I also would like to have a professional help me with my makeup. You see, I have a birthmark on my eye, it is called a mongolian spot. It has a greenish tint, like a bruise, and I have a difficult time covering it up.

HCG Progress Photos

I decided to take a picture this morning and do some comparisons.....Tell me what ya think.

Phase 2 Day 11

Good morning. It's 530 am and sleep has eluded me once again. I literally tossed and turned all night. I have a doctors appointment this monring and an going to have to discuss this again with my physician.
Lack of sleep cannot be good for the diet or my general health.

There probably will not be a workout today, timing. Doctors appt at 10 and other little errands that need to be taken care of. Then work from 230-1030pm. My brother is going to stay with me tonight, (he has a job here in Miami that he's doing) so I need to make sure I have some NON hcg diet food for him to eat and something other than water for him to drink.

I need to work on my testimonial for my doctor. She's been asking for it.

Time to hit the scale~~~~~~Todays weight 204.7 That's a loss of 2.3 today and 16.1 for this round. And my total loss......................51.3 pounds gone, buh bye. I did it. I passed the 50 pound mark.

wooohooooo

Can you believe it? I am in shock (not really, cause I'm working hard, but hot dayum!

I knew that I was getting close and decided to purchase a little reward for myself.

Sterling Silver 1/5ct TDW Brown Diamond Square RingSterling Silver 1/4 TDW Brown Diamond Square NecklaceSterling Silver 2/5ct TDW Brown Diamond Link Bracelet (I2)
okay so I bought three little rewards, but I worked very hard and I deserve them.
(can't wait until they arrive)

Home from the doctors and errands, but then while eating lunch, broke a tooth. Off to the dentist. 2 1/2 hours later, he said I had to see an oral surgeon. Really?!? Tomorrow I will have oral surgery at 12:45. I need to make sure that I eat something before I go. I'm sure I won't be eating afterwards.
Might have to supplement with a protein shake tomorrow.

Todays Menu

Lunch: shrimp over a bed of lettuce (only ate about 1/3 because my took broke while eating it)
Snack: Protein shake (trying to make up for lost protein at lunch)
Dinner: Meatballs and spinach

Round 2 Phase 2 Day 8 HCG Diet

Good morning folks. Today is day 8 of round 2 1/3 of the way through this round. After yesterdays seafood festival, I am really fretting about getting on the scale this am. After all the salt in the food I am worried about water weight. I even ate 1/2 a cantaloupe last night with the hopes that it would help me rid my body of the sodium.

This morning, I will walk (alot) in order to sweat some more out. I am a little upset though. My ipod is not working and music is what pumps me up on my walks. I guess I am going to have to invest in another one. I'm not sure what my son did with his. I would use it. I just looked in his room and found 2 of his Ipods...yay. Luckily we like the same music. Hopefully I can get them charged a little bit before I go walking.

Off to the store today to get some more veggies.

Do you see how I am puting off getting on the scale. Horrible isn't it. As if waiting another 20 minutes is going to miraculously help me drop a couple of pounds.

Okay...here we go! Drumroll please..........................................

OMG. I am down 3.3 lbs today. Hot diggity damn. I literally was doing the Happy Dance

Not sure if it was the cantaloupe, but I'll take it! Wooohooooo!

I can exhale now. It's gonna be a good day. Now if you have followed my blog from the beginning, you will know that I purchased some rings. Simple thin bands with different colored gemstones. I bought 4 of them and told myself that I would use them as rewards for my weightloss.

1 band for every 15 lbs lost. Well......with todays weightloss, I am proud to say that I have just placed ring #3 on my finger. I am clearly on my way of putting #4 on.

So here are my stats so far.

Beginning Weight: 256
Current Weight: 208.0
Total Loss: 48.1

Loss this round: Day 8 and down 12.8lbs

Friday, March 23, 2012

Day 5

Good morning. I'm down 1.5lbs, which only negates the gain yesterday. I'm kinda frustrated. I should be losing. When I gain and then lose, I feel like I have lost a day. But I shall move forward.

I did have an enlightening moment yesterday. I decided to pull out the sewing machine and take in a few things that were too big. After trying on every pair of jeans in my closet, most were way to big to be altered. So I ended up with a big black garbage bag full of close to be taken to goodwill. YAY!

22's gone, 20's gone, 18's gone. some 16's fit others could be taken in. And yesterday, I wore a pair of 15's (don't even know where I got those) to work. wooohoooo. One of my coworkers recently lost a few pounds and brought me 5 pairs of 14 jeans. I will fit into them come hell or high water.

My overall goal size is an 8. I haven't been in a single digit in 30+ years. Maybe it's a lofty goal, but I am aiming high! I have the jeans hanging on the outside of my closet. (along with the bathing suit that I will wear this summer.

I really need to stop letting the scale rule my day. It is just a tool. I don't even really care what my end weight is. I am more about body composition and size. Heck, at 174 I was wearing a size 12. i just want to really feel comfortable in my own skin. I'm 50 years old. I am not out to look like a model (I'm too short anyway)

Someone posted a great video on not worshiping the scale.

On that note, I am going to get ready to hit the trails for my walk. Feeling good this am. I actually got more sleep than usual. Walked 5.5 miles

Haven't even thought about the menu for the day. I'll be back later to post it.

Menu for the day
Lunch: beef and onion fajita on a bed of shredded lettuce with fresh salsa
Snack: strawberries
Dinner: Shrimp with brussel sprouts
Snack: apple

P3 Day 17

Good morning. It's 4am. Yes I know, too early. But yesterday, my days of ineffective sleep finally caught up with me. I taught a class yesterday, battle traffic coming home. I was so exhausted. I ate something quick and layed down to rest, fell asleep at 730pm. Woke up at 330. This is probably going to mess me up today, but I actually got 8 hours of sleep. That hasn't happened in a while. My body just finally gave in.

I'm sipping on warm lemon water right now. I will get some little things done around the house this morning, while waiting for the sun to rise. Then I will be off to the park for a walk. I had to change up my menu yesterday. I wasn't really hungry when I got home, but knew that I needed to eat. I find myself eating all day. Snacking on healthy small high protein snacks.

Let's see what this morning brings on the scale. Well, I am up .2lbs and still 6.9 pounds under lidw. I will weigh after a bit since it's so early. After my walk, I am going to go get my new puppy. Later, I have some bigger chores to tackle.

One more week to reload for round 2. I have a goal of 20 lbs in the next round. (If I can lose more, that would be a bonus).

I need to take some more photos of myself and write a testamonial for my doctor. She is very pleased with my success. I've ordered my supplies for the next round and should have them by Wednesday next week.

I walked 5.23 miles today and it was hot. I really need to start working on some ab exercises. I always shy away from them because crunches and leg lifts hurt my back. I bought a "Bender Ball" and it came with a couple of DVDs. We'll see if that makes a difference with my back.

Menu for the day:
Snack: 1/2 apple
Walk
Lunch: Protein Shake
Snack: Canteloupe and mozz cheese
Dinner: london broil and eggplant lasagna
Snack: shake and some chocolate walnut delight

See...not really eating much

Phase 3 Day 13

It's a good morning. But it will be a busy one. Lot's of house stuff to do, beginning with mowing the yard. A horrible wind storm shredded my patio canopy (It was on it's last leg anyway). So I need to purchase a new one. I'm still waiting on my 30 bags of mulch to be delivered so that I can spread that.

Some domestic duties are on the to-do list also. Then I'm off to work.

Speaking of work, I am reading in a lot of posts on HCG Facebook pages of folks struggling in the evenings. One girl even said that "she feels like chewing her arm off:. I tried to think back and remember if I had that feeling. Nope, never did. But I realize that ZI don't experience that because I work 2nd shift, 230pm to 1030pm. Work is busy (Fire/Rescue Deispatcher) so I guess I just don't have time to think about being hungry or being bored and wanting to eat. So this shift is really a godsend for me. Besides, I am able to get a good workout in the mornings, because I'm not tired from working all day. So if you feel "hungry" or just think you are hungry but are really just bored, find something to do!

Now on to todays scale results. Drumroll Please!
Aaaaaack! I actually LOST 2.4 lbs, putting me 4.6 BELOW my LIDW. Yikes! I can't believe I need to eat MORE.

Now I have heard different trains of thought on continuing to lose weight on P3. Some say.....don't do it because you wont stabilize correctly, but I'm really not trying to stabilize at this weight. I am eating pleanty of calories so that the next round of VLCD will create as deficit.

The second train of thought is, you can continue to lose weight in P3 IF AND ONLY IF YOU PLAN ON DOING ADDITIONAL ROUNDS, WHICH I DO. This is okay as long as you are really upping your calories. So I'm not going to worry about it too awful much.

I'm working out pretty hard. My only fear is that when I go back on P2, that if I don't exercise like I am now, that the weight will not come off as easily.
We'll just have to see. I get really disturbed when people believe that every single body is the same. We all burn and metabolize at different rates. Different foods affect different people in different ways.

It's all about knowing your own body and what works for you. I have a gluten sensativity. Borderline Celiac. Eating wheat wont kill me, but it sure does make me uncomfortable.

Okay...gotta run. Busy day. Heres todays menue.
