Well. I thought I wanted to keep going on P3, but I really am getting frustrated about the scale not moving. I know that I am building muscle and that's a good thing. But I find that, because I am working out so much, I am hungry. Not a problem except that I have be satisfying that hunger on whatever was available. Yesterday, not only did I eat a storebought prepackaged muffin, but I ate 2 of them.
I'm still not sleeping well. Not sure if it's my body or my bed. I'm heading out sometime this week to get a board for under the mattress. I feel like the bed is sagging a bit. Hopefully that will help because I really can't afford a new mattress set right now.
Anyway, back to the diet.
My new plan

I'm really going to challenge myself to stay POP (perfectly on protocal) I really need to find some snacks. or, eat a small salad when I'm feeling hungry.
I'm also going to try (try being the operative word) to ease up on my workouts. I noticed yesterday, that my body is feeling tired and weak. I need a bit of a break. I think it's just the heat and humidity here in Miami. I may do my workouts on the elliptical machine in the house. I also need to buy some electrolyte tablets to add to my water.
Anyway, time to mentally regroup and get back in gear. Here's to me!

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 18
Good Sunday Morning. It's a little overcast today, which is fine. I have decided to take a break from working out today. My body is tired and needs a break. If the weather holds, I might even go to the beach. Tomorrow boot camp starts again and I'll be rested and ready to kick some butt.
I also have tons of orders and some jewelry to make. I think that I may precook some food today. It makes it so much easier throughout the week to have the food ready to go.
I still havent decided whether to continue to 42 days, or stop at 21 and eat P3 for a while. I have yet to step on the scale for a few days. I know that, because I'm working out, I could be displacing fat with muscle (which weighs more).
We'll see what it says today. We'll I haven't lost anything still at 188. Drinking my first glass of Sassy Water. Not bad. I did add some peppermint stevia for a little sweetness. Kind of bitter from the lemon rinds I'm sure.
Menu for the day
Lunch: Chicken Fajita Salad, grilled chicken with fajita seasoning and grilled onions over a bed of shredded lettuce with homemade salsa
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Shrimp Kabobs (cooked on the Foreman Grill) with roasted asparagus.
Snack: Apple

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 16
Good morning. Another overcast day in Miami. Unfortunately, this is the norm for this time of year.
I need to take one of my cars in for service and some new tires.
I think I will just drop the car off and go for a run. It will depend on the weather and how long it may take to get all the work done.
At my doctors appointment yesterday, I shared my concern about staying on the diet for the full 42 days, especially since I started the boot camp.
The doctor agreed with me. She said that if I am still losing, to keep going. If not, take a break and eat P3 while I go to the boot camp.
We'll just have to see how it goes.
I really need to find other things to snack on. Because I do such strenuous workouts, I really do get hungry during the day. My biggest obstacle is the vending machine at work and a big jar of candy that is always stocked full of my favorites. I need a visualization or mantra to help keep me away from them. It's a tough struggle. One of these days, they will come up with healthy alternatives in the snack machine. Hey, that gives me an idea. Imagine a vending machine with yougurt parfaits, cheese sticks, fresh fruit cups, protein shakes and the such. Hmmmm. great idea.
Anyway...not sure what the menu for the day will be. Be back later for more.
Menu

Lunch: Roast Beef Lettuce Wraps with Scallion and Horseradish Mustard, coleslaw
Dinner: Veal cutlets (on the Foreman Grill) and roasted radishes
Snack: Strawberry Sorbet (frozen strawberries, stevia and a splash of parkling water, frapped in the blender)

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 15
Good morning. Hazy and overcast here in Miami. The forecast is calling for rain. My schedule is tight this morning. I think I'm going to hit the park for a jog, doctors appointment at 9:30. My bootcamp class is at 10:15, so I'm not sure I will be out of the doctors office to make it, that, plus the rain. I would rather get some sort of workout in today.
I'll be out of here in the next 15 minutes.
The soreness from my initial bootcamp is waning. Hopefully all of the inflamation will be gone soon too. It was very visible on my quads.
But they feel good now.
So I'm off to walk, maybe ride the bike. I have about an hour and a half to get a good sweat on.
Be back later to update.
I'm back. I jogged for 3.39 miles and then headed to the doctors office. She was so pleased and amazed with my progress. She had to take a photo of me. On the downside, I missed my boot camp. But at least I got some form of workout.
I headed to the grocery store to pick up some p2 foods and then home to prep lunch and dinner.
Menu for the day
Lunch: Tilapia and a grapefruit
Dinner: Grilled chicken over a bed of spinach, tomato and onion
Snack: cucumber slices
Snack: Apple

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 14
Good morning. 2 weeks in on this round. I notice that I am not so obsessed with the scale. I think this is because I am working out and know that muscle weighs more than fat. I am still very, very sore after Mondays first bootcamp class. My upper body is fine, but my lower body is killing me. I would have thought it would have been opposite since I have been running, riding the bike and climbing stadium stairs. I even did a epsom salt soak last night and took some anti-inflamatories. It still feels like someone hit me in the thighs with a baseball bat.
It has been storming all night. So bad that the thunder was shaking my house. I don't know if there will be a class today or not. If there is, I will just have to take it easy.
I blew it as far as the diet last night, had some sushi. The rice was the bad part. Oh well, back on the wagon today.
I'm a little afraid of the scale this morning for 2 reasons. The obvious, the sushi, soy sauce and rice. The second, the inflamation in the muscles. When you workout, and your muscles are sore, they retain fluid in order to help repair them. So I may have added water weight from that.
I have to say though, I have always weighed more than I look like I weigh. It's a family genetic thing. My brother and sister are the same way. We are inherently very muscular body types. Yesterday, while getting ready for work, I decided to try on the size 10's I bought. Guesss what. They fit....loosely.
My goal on this journey has been two-fold
1) To look better and feel better about myself. I wanted to lose 100lbs or fit into a size 8. Well. I have lost just over 70lbs, still weigh in the 180's and am wearing a size 10.
2) To reverse my type II diabetes. Which I am proud to say that I have done. I no longer take any medication and my A1C is within normal range.

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 10
Good morning. It's a bit rainy today. But I think I will go for a walk anyway. I have "cheated" on more than one occasion over the last few days. Nothing big, and mostly because I was starving. I've been working out hard and I don't know how to stop. I know that you aren't suppose to work out hard on this phase of the diet, but I've got the itch and it's hard to stop.
Not sure how my bootcamp is going to affect my losses. But I will just have to deal with it.
I really need to start eating a little something before I go out on my walks, even if it's just an orange.
I'm going out tonight and think I may go shopping. All of the tops that I currently have are too big. And I need shoes desperately. I have gone so long wearing sandals and I want some purty shoes.
I need to take some pictures of me dressed up. Not just in workout gear.
I do notice that my hair is thinning again, need more biotin and also some evening primrose oil for my skin.
Weight 187.5
Menu for the day.

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 7
Happy 4th of July
What are your plans today? Unfortunately, I have to work today. That means protecting and saving the folks who are going to really enjoy the holiday. I'm okay with that except that I would really rather be out on the boat with my brother. It's a beautiful day. We are having a little celebration at work, so I need to be very careful of all the temptations.
We always have a sign-up list of who's going to bring what. I looked at the list yesterday, making a mental note of what I can and can't eat. NOTHING. Not a darn thing on the list can I eat. I am taking a vegetable platter, I can enjoy that (minus the dip)
I'm off this morning to take on the park. I'm really enjoying being able to use the track at the local park. I walk the track and climb the bleachers.
Going to do some push ups and the like today. All in prep for my bikini boot camp. I can't wait.
I may hit target after the park. Retail Therapy!
So I'm off early this am.

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 4
Well it's another beautiful day here in Miami. I think I might go to the beach today. I've earned it. It's not windy, might even go rent a kayak. But then again, I have some jewelry business things to take care of. maybe I'll just lay out in the back yard. I could use some sun on my belly and would dare bare it at the beach. Plus, I'll save that travel time.
Yesterday I worked out very hard. Ran the track at the football stadium 6 times, up and down the stadium bleachers 10 times, up and down "the Hill" 10 times, 50 crunches, 50 reverse crunches, 30 push ups and 30 reverse push ups. My upper back is really feeling it. I'm going to give my body a rest today.
Todays weight~~~189.3 loss of 2.2lbs round total 13.2
Todays Menu
breakfast: 1whole egg with 3 eggwhites, 1 small grapefruit
Lunch:
Dinner: burger wrapped in lettuce with cucumber salad

HCG Diet Round 4 Phase 2 Day 3
Good Happy Saturday morning. It's a beautiful day here in Miami. I just haven't figured out what I'm going to do with it. Maybe a bike ride, maybe the beach.Maybe take on the big hill at the park.
Confession. I ate before I went to bed. My breaks at work fluctuate. Yesterday, my dinner was at 5pm and I work until 11. I should have eaten something on my last short break, but I didn't. So at 11:30 when I got home, I was starving. Had a few slices of roast beef and a wasa. I was worried about the scale.
Surprise! I woke up this morning to a 2lb loss.
Total loss for the round 11lbs in 3 days! wooohoo now that's what I call "Kickin' Ass"
I really need to eat more often. I'm not eating my fruits and I should be snacking. It's very important to eat all day and keep the furnace burning.

Round 4 Phase 2 Day 0 Let The Games Begin
Okay folks. So it's June 27th and today is the first day of phas 2 of round 4. I'm doing a 42 day round and hopefully, this will be my last one.
Current weight 202.5 (gained 6.5 loading)
Goal weight 156 (or a size 8, which ever comes first) I am currently in a comfortable size 12.
I know that you are not supposed to work out, but I have been doing it all along. I am going to follow the 800 calorie protocal and I will continue to work out. I will cut back a little. (maybe) It's hard to cut back on something that you have relearned to love. I'm addicted now. I don't feel well if I don't do some form of physical activity every day.
I have a cold and not really feeling up to par today, but I worked out anyway. I went to the park to jog, but it started pouring. I came home and did 40 minutes of interval training on my elliptical machine.
Menu for the Day
workout
protein shake
Lunch roast beef lettuce wrap with horseraddish mustard,
Snack orange
Dinner~ Chicken breast, spinach
Snack Apple
Lots of green tea with lemon to drink

Round 2 P2 Last Day
Good mornign folks. Today is my last day of VLCD without HCG. I can already taste the piece of cheese I will eat tomorrow. Funny, that's the only thing that I really miss on P2.
My doctor was very pleased with the round 2 and overall losses. I will go back to see her on May 1st and then will begin loading for Round 3 on May 5th. Again, I am hoping to lose at least another 21 lbs.
I really can't wrap my head around the fact that I have lost almost 60 lbs already. Just goes to show you what you are capable of when you put your mind to it.

Today will be another busy day for me. I will be walking early, although I am a bit worried about the air. We had a large grass fire in the area and the smoke is hanging thick and stinking up the air. Not sure it would be too healthy to walk in it. Hopefully, when the sun comes up, it will dissipate some.
I am leaving in the morning for my trip to San Antonio. I am completely packed. Checked my list about a hundred times. Last thing on the list to do is make reservations with the shuttle company to get us to the airport. I am very excited to see my son graduate from Air Force Basic Training.
As far as the diet goes, I will make my choices wisely. I won't have a scale with me, so I will be going 4 days without weighing. Next Monday will tell the tale of how well I did.
I will also be working out hard over the next 3 1/2 weeks, in preparation for the Merrell Down and Dirty Mud Run. A 5 mile military style obstacle course, mostly through the mud. I have already secured a cheering section and someone to take photos. I am definitely up for this challenge.
Okay...todays weight is~~~~~198 so I'm up .4

Round 2 Phase 2 Day 21
Good morning folks. Well, today is my last injection day for this round. I start my 72 hours minus HCG as of now. So Wednesday morning I will start P3. I've have timed this perfectly, as I am leaving on Wednesday to go to San Antonio for 5 days. My son graduates from Air Force Basic Training. I aven't seen him in 8 weeks (since February 14th) I am very excited about it.
I find eating P3 very easy. And especially for eating out. Last P3 I ended up losing 6 more pounds. I worked it increase my calories to stop losing. What I didn't realize, is that it really wasn't necessary since I was doing more rounds. I predict that I will lose more weight. Even though I will be traveling and eating out every meal, there will be a lot of nerves, emotions and walking. My only concern is drinking water. I may be limited as to the restroom availability (yikes!)
Now, yesterday, I attended a crawfish boil. I have to pat myself on the back. My will power was strong. I was faced with crawfish, jambalya, grilled oysters, seafood pasta salad, shrimp, a plethera of dips and spreads along with my crabcakes that I took. This is what I was faced with.
And lets not forget~~~~ the absolute ocean of desserts.
I carefully perused the available foods and ended up eating. Shrimp, crawfish, some cherry tomatos and celery. Not POP, but I saved all my calories for the event and grazed the whole time I was there.
I drank nothing but water, even though there was quite a variety of wine, alcohol, soda and sweet tea.
The crawfish and shrimp were pop, I asked my friend to grill me some oysters (sans the parmesean cheese)
I have no wayof knowing how much actual meat is in the crawfish I ate, but the work it takes to get the little morsel out, probably negated any calories....lol. and boy were they spicey.
Anyway...today or tomorrow, the scale will tell the tale.
Todays weight~~~ 197.6

Round 2 Phase 2 Day 20
Good morning. It's Saturday and I am on the 20th day of my 21 day round. To date, I have lost 22.8 lbs. My round goal was 21lbs. I have surpassed that. I have 3 more vlcd days left. With that being said, I have averaged 1 lb per day in this round. Not too shabby.
Here is another wonderful thing...wait for it..................
Tomorrow will be my last injection. The 72 hours of vlcd. I start phase 3 on the 11th. Just before I leave for San Antonio. If history repeats itself, I will continue losing while on P3. In the first round, I was very focused on keeping my weight within the 2lb +/- LIDW. I am not going to worry about it this time (unless, of course, I go over)
My plan for Phase 3 is to
a) incorporate a lot more vegetables
b) more berries as fruit
c) eat more often
d) heavier weight training
On May 2nd, I will begin loading for another short 21 day round. My goal for that round will be another 21lbs (at least). I know that the losses may come slower as my total weight becomes less.
In comparison, on day 20 of round 1, I lost 25.1 lbs
day 20 of round 2, I am at 22.8 lbs
So I am curious to see what the final round numbers look like. And then compare them to the final round.
I think that I hav decided that after the last short round, I will continue my journey on my own. I will transition to the Paleo lifestyle. (I will write a separate post on that) I will also be conditioning more and doing something called calorie shifting. (I'll write on that too)
So here is the weight for the day. Fingers crossed that I have reached my round goal and also made it into ONEderland (that's lingo for getting out of the 200's and into the 100's)
My other challenge today is that I have a social event to attend. My friend has an annual crawfish boil. True cajuns....cooking up all the authentic treats. There will be alot of POP foods, and a bunch that won't be. I will truely test my willpower today.
On top of that, I am making mini crabcakes with lim cilanntro aiole. NO TASTE TESTING...ugh!
Wish me luck on the day.
I will have to post later about what I ate. (going to check some calorie counts right now)

day 20 of round 2, I am at 22.8 lbs

Stall~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~grrrrrr
I have hit a brick wall...and I am very frustrated. I have tried to go back over my foods and activity to try to find out if there are any triggers. The only thing different over the last few days, is the surgery in my mouth. Don't get me wrong, 18lbs in 18 days is amazing. But I really wanted to reach my round goal of 21. I only have 5 more days of vlcd left. grrrrr.
For three days, I stayed at 202.2, then gained .8 and have been there for 2 days. Maybe this is an old set point. I am so close to ONEderland that I can taste it. 3.1lbs from round goal, 3.1 from ONEderland.
I am trying not to be a slave to the scale, but it is very difficult.
I am almost afraid to step on the scale this morning. I want so much to see it change. I have been POP. I have probably been "under" my caloric intake.
Although, I didn't get all my water in for the last 2 days because I was out and about. I didn't want to have to search for restrooms while running my errands.
I also have a little bit of added stress. I leave in 5 days to go see my son graduate. I am stressing a little bit about making sure that I have everything packed, that I have all my animals doled out and being taken care of. And sleep has been a little lacking over the past few days.
I guess it's just a combination of things. I won't be mad if the scale doesn't move.....but I will be a little disappointed.
I did go shopping yesterday and bought some new clothes, just a few things to tide me over. I made sure that what I bought could be easily altered. (because there will be more weightloss.. :).
Today I am going to hit the trails at the park. I will have to tape up my heels pretty good. The ginormous blisters are still there. Unfortunately, there is a 30% chance of rain today, but I'm not sure when it will hit. Hopefully it will hold off until after my walk. If not, there is always plan B, coming home and finishing off on the elliptical machine.
Okay....So here goes nothing. WOOOHOOOO! the stall has broken (I hope) down 2.3 today for a total this round of .7 to ONEderland and 1lb to round goal. 5 more days left.
Menu for the day
Orange
Walk
Protein shake
Lunch: roast beef lettuce wraps and onion cucumber salad
Snack:
Dinner: orange roughy and asparagus

Round 2 Phase 2 Day 17
It's a beautiful day in Miami. Early, but beautiful.
I have been at a stall for 3 days with the weightloss, so I am hoping for some loss this morning.
I'll be walking today if the ginormous blister on my foot holds up. I have a very long to-do list today and pretty much every day until I leave for San Antonio. I am so excited to see my son graduate from basic training. Hard to believe that my little Babu is an Airman in the US Air Force.
Isn't he handsome?
7 more days until I leave. Wooohooo!
Back to the oral surgeon today to get my stitches removed. Yay! Then to work at 2:30pm. Today ismy last day before my vacation. Then I will be off for 12 days. Ihave so much to do before I leave next Wednesday. I'm a little anal retentive. So I will be packing, repacking and checking my list multiple times. But I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.
Okay, enough about that, back to the HCG Protocol. I only have 5 more injection days and 7 days on VLCD. I am only 2.4 lbs away from my round goal. This stall has really got me worried about whether I am going to make it or not. I've have neveer resorted to a stallbreaker in either round. I try to let the protocal do the work. But I may have to take those drastic measures if the scale doesn't move. I know that I am losing inches, as the size 14 jeans I inherited last week are already feeling a lot looser.
I have a dit challenge coming up on Saturday. My friends annual crawfish boil.
Her husband is from New Orleans and his family comes down with 200lbs of fresh crawfish. It's a blast and the food is yummy. H makes the absolute best jambalya. Not on P2, but I already warned them that I would be bringing a storage container so that I could save it for P4. I will have to pick and choose what I eat very carefully. Luckily, seafood is relatively low in calories and, other than the jambalaya, nothing is cooked in oil. But there will be lots of other goodies that I will have to seriously avoid. Last year, her entire kitchen island was filled with desserts. I'll just have to stay out of the house. It's all about self control!
So lt's go see what the scale has to say this morning.

Round 2 Phase 2 Day 15
Up at 4:30 again. But I did take a long nap yesterday in the late afternoon, I was super tired for some reason. I think I might have been emotionally drained. I spent a few hours with my friend Marlene, who is in stage 4 cancer. She looks awful. I tried to keep it as upbeat as possible, but to sit there and watch her try to speak and move. Knowing that she wasn't going to be around very much longer. It just tore me up emotionally. Her husband is taking it very hard and her youngest son, 19 is acting out in response to the situation. Just heartwrenching I tell you.
So I will get an early start on some things around here.
On a good note, I heard from my son who is in Basic Military Training for the Air Force. He is doing great and his flight (group) won the BEAST Excellence Award. Fantastic news. Now he is going to be taking his final physical agility assessment and is striving for the WarHawk Ribbon of excellence. I am so proud of his achievements and his desire to excell.
The graduation ceremony and all the fanfare start on april 12th. So on the 11th, I will be heading to San Antonio with his girlfriend to see him and spend 4 days hearing about his experiences and his plans from that point forward. I am so looking forward to the trip.
I have timed my round so that P3 begins on the 11th. Eating out P3 is so easy. In fact, I can see myself eating P3 for the rest of my life.
But I still have 8 more days of phase 2. I am hoping to drop as much as possible before I go.
I did manage to go out and buy a few new tops for the trip. I am waiting until next weekend to get some new jeans. I was donated some by a friend so I am good to go either way.
Todays stats are~~~~~~
Todays Menu
Protein shake after my walk
Lunch: Leftover stuffed chard leaves, sm salad
Snack: apple
Dinner: ???? yet

HCG Diet Round 2 Phase 2 Day 14
Well, I'm up early again, but went to bed early so I got some decent sleep. It's day 14 of round 2. I am 2/3 of the way through this short round.
I'm still a little disheartened by the comments made on one of the FB Pages. But I will not let it get me down. Fortitude. That's my middle name now.
Busy day today. I will be walking early this morning. Then I will be going by a popular BBQ restaurant to pick up food to take to my dear friend Marlene. She has stage 4 cancer that she has been valiantly battling for 3 years. The cancer, however, is winning. We have all gotten on them meal train to provide dinner for her and her family. Today is my day and their favorite is Shorty's BBQ.
My mouth is more sore today post oral surgery. I hope the pounding walking will not make it feel worse. Wish me luck!
So after my walk, I will be heading down there to spend some time with them. Later, my son should be calling from Basic Military Training. I missed last weeks call, I don't want to miss this weeks.
Unsure of the menue today. I am going to try to make stuffed (with ground beef) chard leaves. We'll see how they turn out.
The weight for the day is~~~~~~
202.2lbs
loss today 2.3lbs
total round 2 18.6lbs
for an overall total of 53.8lbs gone forever.
I am so close to several mini-goals
2.3lbs from ONEderland
2.4lbs from my round goal (21lbs)
6.2lbs from my 60lb minigoal and my fourth ring.
Wooohoooooo! I still have 9 days left of this round. I got this..no problem.
Menu for the day
Lunch: Stuffed Chard leaves (ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and mint) wrapped in chard leaves (hard center stem removed) Then steamed and drizzled with lemon juice. Delicious
Dinner: grilled shrimp kabobs (used the george foreman) with cabbage
I felt a little water retention in the evening, so I ate a half a cantaloupe with 16oz of water. We'll see if that helps in the morning,
Happy Losing

Hcg Diet Round 2 Phase 2 Day 12
Good early morning folks. I'm halfway through my first short round. I'm feeling pretty good. Today I am having my oral surgery to have a tooth extracted. I don't ususally eat my lunch until around 12:30, but my surgery is scheduled for 12:45. I will definitely need to eat a meal before I go. I'm sure that it will be liquid the rest of the day.
Adapt and overcome.
It will be an early morning walk for me. Then off to the store to buy groceries. I need to take some full body progress photos soon.
I've been playing with this program online. It's a virtual makeup and hairstyle program. You upload a photo of your face and try out different hairstyles and makeup. Super cool. Check out what I look like as a blond.

Phase 2 Day 11
Good morning. It's 530 am and sleep has eluded me once again. I literally tossed and turned all night. I have a doctors appointment this monring and an going to have to discuss this again with my physician.
Lack of sleep cannot be good for the diet or my general health.
There probably will not be a workout today, timing. Doctors appt at 10 and other little errands that need to be taken care of. Then work from 230-1030pm. My brother is going to stay with me tonight, (he has a job here in Miami that he's doing) so I need to make sure I have some NON hcg diet food for him to eat and something other than water for him to drink.
I need to work on my testimonial for my doctor. She's been asking for it.
Time to hit the scale~~~~~~Todays weight 204.7 That's a loss of 2.3 today and 16.1 for this round. And my total loss......................51.3 pounds gone, buh bye. I did it. I passed the 50 pound mark.

wooohooooo
Can you believe it? I am in shock (not really, cause I'm working hard, but hot dayum!
I knew that I was getting close and decided to purchase a little reward for myself.
okay so I bought three little rewards, but I worked very hard and I deserve them.
(can't wait until they arrive)
Home from the doctors and errands, but then while eating lunch, broke a tooth. Off to the dentist. 2 1/2 hours later, he said I had to see an oral surgeon. Really?!? Tomorrow I will have oral surgery at 12:45. I need to make sure that I eat something before I go. I'm sure I won't be eating afterwards.
Might have to supplement with a protein shake tomorrow.
Todays Menu
Lunch: shrimp over a bed of lettuce (only ate about 1/3 because my took broke while eating it)
Snack: Protein shake (trying to make up for lost protein at lunch)
Dinner: Meatballs and spinach

Round 2 Day 10
I'm up too early but ready to face the day. It's Round 2 Phase 2 Day 10, almost halfway through this round. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and am excited to share my progress.
Todays weight~~~
I will be going walking at daybreak. (I would go now, but the park doesn't open until sunrise) I feel a good hard, long walk coming on. I was able to get my sons IPOD working, so I will have musical motivation. Then errands, then work for 1/2 day.
Tomorrow I am scheduled for a colonoscopy/endoscopy. Not to fret, no result of the diet. I had a bout with stomach cancer a few years ago and this is part of my routine yearly diagnostic testing. Fingers crossed on clean results.
Menu for the Day-
Snack: orange
Walk
Post workout shake
Lunch: roast beef lettuce wraps and cucumbers
Snack: Veal steak with cabbage
